Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of all of your personal data from FANMLY at any time. This page explains how, what is covered, and how long it takes.

How to Request Deletion

Email support@fanmly.io with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please send from, or include, the email address, phone number, or Instagram handle associated with your data so we can locate it.

What Deletion Covers

Your request will delete:

  • Your contact record (name, email, phone, Instagram handle, and profile).
  • Your interactions (guest list signups, form submissions, check-ins, and engagement history).
  • Any Instagram data obtained through Meta platforms, including comments, messages, and profile information collected via the Instagram integration.

Timeline and Confirmation

Requests are completed within 30 days. We will send an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Revoking Instagram Access

If you connected Instagram, you can also revoke FANMLY’s access directly in your Instagram settings under Apps and Websites. Revoking access stops any further data collection; to also delete data already collected, submit a deletion request as described above.

Automated Deletion (Meta)

FANMLY also honors deletion requests sent automatically by Meta when you remove the app from your Instagram or Facebook account. These are processed by our data deletion endpoint and completed within the same 30-day window.
