FANMLY is a fan relationship management platform for artists, DJs, and promoters. It helps artists collect and manage fan information, run guest lists and door check-in, and stay connected with their audience through email and SMS.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
When fans submit their information through your guest lists or forms, you are responsible for using that data appropriately and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. You may not use fan data for purposes beyond what fans consented to when they submitted, and you must honor opt-out and deletion requests.
You may not use FANMLY to send spam, harass individuals, collect data without consent, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Messages sent through FANMLY are sent only to recipients who opted in to receive them. Every program supports STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance. You agree to comply with all applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements when using FANMLY to send SMS, and to maintain proof of consent for the numbers you message. Message and data rates may apply to recipients.
Our Instagram integration operates under Meta’s platform policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Instagram integration complies with Meta’s terms.
You retain ownership of your content. By using FANMLY you grant us a limited license to display and process your content solely to provide the service.
FANMLY is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes and revise the date above.
